1. Services Provided
Eden Cleaning Service offers professional cleaning services, including residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning tasks (the “Services”). The exact services provided will be outlined in your service agreement, booking confirmation, or invoice. We strive to deliver high-quality cleaning, but certain stains, deep-seated dirt, or delicate surfaces may require specialized treatment outside our typical service scope.
2. Service Booking & Scheduling
To book a cleaning service, you must submit a valid request via phone, email, or our website. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Eden Cleaning Service. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your preferred date and time.
Any changes to the booking must be made in advance, and we encourage early communication to secure your desired schedule.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the cleaning appointment unless otherwise specified in your agreement. Eden Cleaning Service accepts payments via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified in your invoice. Additional charges may apply for special services, products, or requests beyond the standard scope of work, and will be communicated prior to service.
Late payments may be subject to additional charges or interest as specified in your service agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and efficient service, you are responsible for:
- Securing any fragile or high-value items before the cleaning appointment.
- Notifying us of any special requirements, sensitivities, or concerns about particular items or areas.
- Providing access to the property, including all necessary keys or codes for entry.
Eden Cleaning Service will not be held liable for any damage to unsecured or undisclosed items during the cleaning process.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment up to 24 hours in advance without incurring a penalty. For cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of [X%] of the total service cost will apply.
To reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice, and we will do our best to accommodate a new time based on availability.
6. Liability & Damages
We take great care in handling your property, but Eden Cleaning Service is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage, wear, or defects in your property.
- Damage caused by fragile or high-value items not disclosed to us.
- Loss or damage to items left unsecured or not specified as delicate or valuable.
It is your responsibility to inform us in advance of any delicate items requiring special care. In the event of damage during service, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
7. Health & Safety
Eden Cleaning Service uses eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products to ensure a safe and healthy environment for you and your family. However, we cannot guarantee that our cleaning products will not trigger allergies or sensitivities.
You are responsible for informing us in advance of any known allergies or sensitivities, so we can discuss alternative products or methods to accommodate your needs.
8. Third-Party Links & Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience, and Eden Cleaning Service is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party sites. 9. Limitation of Liability
Eden Cleaning Service will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim, regardless of the cause, is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. This includes but is not limited to damage to property or other incidents.
10. Amendments to Terms
Eden Cleaning Service reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
